Prime Pump ("we," "us," or "our") operates a fitness application that builds adaptive workout, nutrition, and recovery plans based on your daily check-ins, body metrics, and activity history. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Prime Pump app (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Your email address, used to create and access your account. You may also choose to sign in with Google, in which case Google processes your sign-in authentication.
• Body metrics: Height, weight, age, gender, target weight, and target date that you voluntarily provide.
• Fitness data: Workout history, completed exercises, sets, reps, and weights logged during your sessions.
• Nutrition data: Meals, foods, calorie and macronutrient intake, and water consumption you track.
• Weight tracking: Historical bodyweight entries and trends over time.
• Daily check-ins: Self-reported sleep, energy, soreness, stress, available time, and muscle focus.
• Subscription data: Payment status, trial eligibility, and billing records processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Usage and diagnostic data: Product analytics events (such as onboarding completion and feature usage) and crash reports that may include device type, operating system, browser, app version, and error details, used to improve and stabilize the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• Generate personalized workout, nutrition, and recovery recommendations.
• Calculate calorie targets and macronutrient goals based on your body metrics and goals.
• Track your progress, streaks, and trends over time.
• Process subscription payments, free trials, and recurring billing.
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Prime Pump uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to power several features of the Service. Specifically:

• Meal Coach: Our AI-powered conversational assistant generates personalized meal suggestions based on your profile, body metrics, and nutrition goals.
• Calorie Burn Estimation: AI estimates calories burned during workouts based on your body weight and logged exercise data.
• Food Label Scanning: AI processes text or images of food labels and meal descriptions to estimate nutritional values.
• Plan Recommendations: A combination of rule-based logic and AI generates adaptive workout, nutrition, and recovery plans from your daily check-ins and activity history.

When you use these AI features, your input data — which may include your profile, body metrics, meal descriptions, or food images — is sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers may retain and use data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

AI-generated recommendations are general wellness suggestions and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.

The following summary lists the types of data we collect, how it is used, and whether it is linked to your identity or shared with third parties. This summary is modeled on app store privacy nutrition labels.

• Email Address (Account Data): Linked to identity. Used for account creation, authentication, and subscription management. Shared with our backend hosting provider and Stripe (for billing records).
• Body Metrics (Height, Weight, Age, Gender, Target Weight): Stored locally on your device. Used to generate personalized plans and calculate macro targets. May be sent to third-party AI providers when you use AI-powered features.
• Fitness & Workout Data (Exercises, Sets, Reps, Weights, Duration): Stored locally on your device. Used for progress tracking and plan adaptation.
• Nutrition & Hydration Data (Meals, Calories, Macros, Water): Stored locally on your device. Used for tracking and AI meal coaching. Meal descriptions may be sent to third-party AI providers.
• Daily Check-Ins (Sleep, Energy, Soreness, Stress, Available Time): Stored locally on your device. Used to adapt daily recommendations.
• Payment Data (Subscription status, billing period): Linked to identity. Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
• Usage & Diagnostic Data (Product analytics events, crash reports, device type, OS, app version): Not linked to identity in analytics. Collected through our platform's built-in analytics (Base44) and crash reporting to improve and stabilize the Service.
• Authentication Data (Google sign-in token): Processed by Google when you choose to sign in with Google. We receive only your email address.

Third-party tools and services we use:

• Base44 Analytics: Built-in product analytics for feature usage and event tracking.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing.
• Google: Account authentication via Google Sign-In.
• Third-party AI providers: Power meal coaching, calorie estimation, and food label scanning.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Facebook SDK, or similar third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this summary and obtain your consent where required.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Your user account (email address) and subscription records are stored on our backend infrastructure. The majority of your fitness data — including your profile, daily plan, workout logs, nutrition entries, water tracking, body metrics, routines, and recipes — is stored locally on your device using browser or app local storage. This means your fitness data is retained on your device and is not automatically synced to our servers.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Prime Pump does not use cookies. We use local storage on your device to remember your preferences, retain your daily plan and logged data, and keep you signed in. You may clear local storage at any time through your device or browser settings, though doing so will remove your locally stored fitness data.

Prime Pump offers a subscription with a 7-day free trial, followed by a monthly recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles payment information securely. We receive only your subscription status and billing period information necessary to manage your account.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Your fitness data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you clear it. The in-app "Delete Account" feature clears all locally stored Prime Pump data from your device and signs you out. Your email address and subscription records may remain on our backend after this action. To request full deletion of your backend account data, contact us at primepump.app@gmail.com.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Google (authentication when you choose to sign in with Google), and AI service providers that power our meal coach, calorie estimation, and food label scanning features. When you use these AI features, relevant data such as your profile, body metrics, meal descriptions, or food images may be sent to these providers to generate responses.
• Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can update your body metrics and settings within the app. The in-app "Delete Account" feature clears all locally stored Prime Pump data from your device and signs you out; it does not delete your backend account or subscription records. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
